I've recently called upon Arrow Glass to assist me with two items. In both cases, I received the cost estimate I requested, communications with Arrow were excellent (scheduling the work, for example), they showed up when they said they'd show up, and I had no issues whatsoever with the quality of their work. They also followed up with me to make sure I was pleased with both outcomes. Very good experience.

The technician used old technology to remove the windshield. He used a drill with a chisel on the end in doing so he scratched the dashboard and the glass they used was not original equipment. Thus the clip holes did not line up.. The majority of windshield replacement companies use the wire technology to remove the old windshield. This technician they sent had been in the business for 20 years and still stuck in his old ways. Now they have to come back out and put another windshield in and at the same time try to repair my dashboard A company that’s in the business to replace windshields should be better equipped to do the job than this.
